Your duties
- Answer service calls and create tickets
- Evaluate customer inquiries and forward them to the technical hotline
- Enter master data and create operating orders in the ERP system
- Create quotations and invoices
- Maintain lists and create evaluations
- Research of facts and clarifications with customers and suppliers
- Independent work on special topics
Your profile
- Dual vocational training as an industrial clerk or similar.
- First qualified professional experience in customer-related areas such as sales or service
- Good language skills in German and English
- Communication skills and pleasure in dealing with customers
- Flexibility and a structured, efficient way of working
