Your duties

  • Answer service calls and create tickets
  • Evaluate customer inquiries and forward them to the technical hotline
  • Enter master data and create operating orders in the ERP system
  • Create quotations and invoices
  • Maintain lists and create evaluations
  • Research of facts and clarifications with customers and suppliers
  • Independent work on special topics

Your profile

  • Dual vocational training as an industrial clerk or similar.
  • First qualified professional experience in customer-related areas such as sales or service
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Communication skills and pleasure in dealing with customers
  • Flexibility and a structured, efficient way of working
