Currently with the 4-day basic seminar on grinding technology at the new IFC in Tuttlingen. Not only there, but also in the practical part at Haas Schleifmaschinen GmbH in Trossingen.

Grinding technologies theory and practice
With Prof. Azarhoushang and specialists from industry, the participants were able to acquire condensed knowledge or update their basic knowledge. The practical demonstrations were held in the laboratory of the Competence Center for Machining Manufacturing at Furtwangen University (KSF). Another renowned partner from the region cooperates with Haas Schleifmaschinen.

Multigrind® series shows high-tech grinding
How innovative, but also how complex, grinding technology presents itself today, we at Haas Schleifmaschinen have demonstrated to the seminar participants without reservations in our production. As a leading high-tech company, we are constantly exploring the limits of technology anew. The seminar participants quickly became aware of the important role played by the Multigrind® Horizon grinding software. In combination with integrated measuring technology and innovative clamping systems, complex geometries can be processed and the results presented were impressive.
The degree of automation of a Multigrind® and the advancing digitalization require specialists from the most different areas of the economy. And anyone who has ever experienced a Multigrind® can be infected by the development opportunities that still lie dormant in grinding technology today.
