Administrator Order processing and export

Your duties

  • Planning and execution of shipping processing (land/air/sea) for machines and spare parts
  • Application submission and communication with the BAFA
  • Customs clearance for import and export shipments, including preparation of all necessary documents (invoices, delivery notes, shipping orders, export accompanying documents, etc.)
  • Invoicing of service reports

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training (industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk)
  • Several years of professional experience in order processing / export
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality and customer-centric mindset
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
