Your duties
In order to produce a grinding machine from our Multigrind® series smoothly, all upstream processes must mesh perfectly. In this environment, we regularly offer innovative students project tasks and practical semesters to optimize assembly and logistics processes, reduce throughput times and cut costs. Different methods of lean management, value stream mapping or similar can be used, coordination with different departments within these processes is required.
- Collaboration in Lean activities by analyzing existing processes with regard to improvement potentials
- Formulation of concrete potentials for optimization
- Application and further development of existing methods
- Implementation of projects on own responsibility
Your profile
- Students in the fields of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics management or comparable fields
- Independent as well as flexible and structured way of working
- Analytical thinking
- First knowledge of Lean Management, Lean Production or Lean Administration desirable
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications
