You are a highly respected IT expert in spe, ensure that the company is always well networked, and are the first point of contact when problems arise. You build an office network from various IT components such as printers, PCs and scanners, install mainframe systems and explain them to users.
Prerequisite: good secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur
Duration of training: 3 years
