Mechanical engineering is oily and men's business

Haas Schleifmaschinen: Mechanical engineering is definitely not just a man's business.

Time to break down a few prejudices

All right, we admit it. There was a time when it was with women in mechanical engineering like with the famous needle in a haystack. Hard to find, and when there were women, they sat in the administration or at the drawing board. That has changed a long time ago, and it hasn't been oily here in mechanical engineering for a long time. On the contrary: the famous Swabian housewife would be highly satisfied with us, it is so clean at our new company headquarters in Trossingen.

Haas Schleifmaschinen: Quality assurance - anyone who builds precise machines must take a close look.

trops! Doors open on 20 June

On Saturday, 20 June 2015, the Gewerbeverein Trossingen e.V. will host the town festival trops! And we will open our grinding machine production in Adelbert-Haas-Straße 1 to interested parties. We invite you and your families to a company tour. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. there will be the opportunity to break down a few prejudices about machine builders. We will show you where and how we build our Multigrind® grinding machines, which are appreciated worldwide for their accuracy. Did you know, for example, that three quarters of all artificial knee joints are ground on Multigrind® machines?

We are looking forward to your visit!

Thomas Bader

PS: Of course we also have a children's program and an American barbecue for the appetite.
